Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

To submit an infringement claim, you need to provide us with specific information.
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
- Identification of the infringing material along with details to help locate it;
- Contact information of the complainant;
- A statement that the material is being used without authorization;
- A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.
Section 512(f) of Title 17 USC stipulates civil penalties against individuals who misrepresent information in an infringement notice. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for quick attention.
We may disclose the information of any copyright infringement claim with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge that your identity and claim may be shared with the alleged infringer.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your material has been removed due to a copyright claim, you can send us a counter notification to have the material restored. The notification must include:
- Your signature;
- Description of the material;
- A statement that the material was removed by error;
- Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy against copyright infringement. We maintain records of DMCA notices and make efforts to identify repeat infringers. Accounts of repeat offenders will be terminated.
